The E.Z.N.A.® SQ Total RNA Kit provides a reliable method for the isolation of high quality of RNA from various animal and plant samples. This solution based system can process single or multiple samples simultaneously in under 60 minutes. The convenient purification procedure removes contaminants and enzyme inhibitors such as proteins and divalent cation. The SQ Total RNA protocol can be easily scaled up or down according to the samples and down stream applications. RNA purified using the SQ Total RNA Kit is suitable for most downstream applications such as RT-PCR, Northern blotting and nuclease protection assay.
