This kit can also be used to isolate DNA from fungal species and tissues.This solution based system can process single or multiple samples simultaneously in less than 60 minutes. The convenient purification procedure remove contaminants and enzyme inhibitors such as proteins and divalent cation. The SQ Plant DNA protocol can be easily scale up or down according to the samples and down stream applications. DNA purified using the SQ Plant DNA Kit is suitable for most downstream applications such as PCR, Southern blotting and restriction enzyme digestion.
